Following Macy’s and JCPenney, I.O. Metro, a specialty furniture retailer, and Bailey’s Prime Plus Steakhouse opened in fall 2009 as part of the first phase of The Village at Fairview. The first phase also included the opening of approximately 400 residential units at The Cortona (the center’s multifamily residential complex).
 
Second phase openings for The Village at Fairview will begin in March 2010 and will include Dillard’s, Gold Class Cinemas, The Container Store, Patrizio and Cyclone Anaya’s Mexican Kitchen. Whole Foods Market® will open in fall 2010.
Located at the northeast corner of Stacy Road and US 75, The Village at Fairview will be one component of a 400-acre mixed-used development in both the City of Allen and the Town of Fairview. The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview, separated by Stacy Road, will have a combined total of more than 3,000,000 square feet of commercial space.
