Kenton is responsible for all leasing activities for The MGHerring Group. Prior to joining MGHerring in 2005, he was President of Alliance Real Estate Advisors where he was engaged in providing representation and advisory services to landlords, developers, retailers and institutional investors. This included Southlake Town Square in Southlake, Texas, Midtowne in Little Rock, Arkansas, 222 Berkeley in Boston’s Back Bay, as well as tenant representation for Oceanaire Seafood Restaurant, Sephora, Sharper Image and Gregory’s.
Kenton has developed, redeveloped, leased and managed enclosed shopping centers, lifestyle centers and mixed-use facilities for large institutions and private owners in the United States and internationally for more than 20 years in major U.S. markets including: Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Boston, New York City, Washington, DC, Kansas City, Atlanta, Phoenix, San Diego, Los Angeles, as well as Mexico and Moscow. His experience includes assets with a value of more than $5 billion and transactions totaling over 1,000 to date.
He holds a BBA in Business Management from Texas Christian University and holds the shopping center industry professional designations for both leasing (CLS) and management (CSM). He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license.
